Virtual Sales Representative

Join Syneos Health as a Virtual Sales Representative

What You'll Do:

  • Engage healthcare professionals through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Educate providers and staff on disease states and identify potential patients.
  • Qualify leads and follow up on claims-based alerts.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Communicate disease state education, access information, PEF (Patient Enrollment Form) guidance, and sample request procedures.
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments for field teams.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • 2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success.
  • Experience in virtual/inside sales, including educational sessions with HCPs.
  • Strong CRM skills and ability to exceed sales and engagement metrics.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and compliance-focused.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70-75k. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
