Position Summary

As a Laboratory Sales Representative, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You'll introduce laboratories to SymetrixLabAI's comprehensive service offerings and work closely with our technical team to deliver customized solutions.

This is initially a 1099 Commission-Based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried role with benefits after 6–12 months, based on performance, sales growth, and mutual fit.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new laboratory service opportunities
  • Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, academic, environmental, clinical, and industrial laboratories
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Schedule customer meetings and presentations
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with technical service engineers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Represent SymetrixLabAI professionally at customer sites and industry events
