Regular business hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule to promote both productivity and personal time.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans based on your findings.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to address the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records while strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and other compliance standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings aimed at enhancing therapy quality and continuing professional development.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources, empowering them on their recovery journey.
• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in the mental health field to continually enhance your practice.
