Job summaryBusiness Finance Partner is responsible for having a good overarching understanding of the financial consequences and effects of business decision and be able to translate Financials to business decisions, and vice versa.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities
  • Close collaboration with other functions with Group Finance to ensure improved quality of internal and external data to enable better business decision making and performance tracking.
  • Advise the Business Unit in areas related to future state financial performance, including consulting and coaching, forward looking financial insight.
  • Responsible for transparent and comprehensive presentation of the Business Units through Monthly Business Reviews as well as in other less formal forums.
  • Supporting the Business Units and their respective subdivisions with appropriate KPI targets, to ensure positive development in the businesses.
  • Close collaboration with other colleagues in Corporate Development and Business Finance to ensure high utilization of internal knowledge and structures, such as databooks.
  • Lead the forecast and budget work for Business Units, including scenario analysis, and identification and mitigation plans of risks.
  • Continuous improvement of Business Unit monitoring and gradual standardization of best practices and models to increase visibility and stability.
  • Support with various ad-hoc analysis, projects, and investigations.
  • Extract, analyze and interpret data from ERP systems to support financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Be the Finance parter for the PMO
  • Responsible for the POC updates, generate support for monthly accounting entries to Accounting department

RequirementsQualifications and work experience
  • Relevant University Experience Within Finance, or equivalent work experience with 5+ years.
  • Professional experience in financial analysis.
  • Professional experience in multicultural/multinational environments are appreciated, although not critical.

 Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$128,000.  Benefits include 401K with company match, Flexible Vacation Policy, Health Benefits, Investment in Professional and Personal Development, and much more.
