Job description

LifeHealth LLC (LifeHealth), a professional services company specializing in worksite wellness services, clinical staffing, and healthcare readiness is looking for qualified Biometric Health Screening professionals to provide exceptional service at LifeHealth community and client sites across the US.

  • Position: Biometric Health Screeners
  • Date: June 15th - 17th
  • Time: 8AM-6PM
  • Location: Brunswick, GA and surrounding cities

Position Summary:

LifeHealth Biometric Health Screeners are responsible for conducting accurate health assessments at wellness screening events, typically in a corporate office setting. Services include biometric screenings and health assessments via point of care specimen collection and processing procedures. Staff are responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of wellness events at the event site while providing excellent customer service to participants and clients. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Complete various participant biometric screenings such as fingerstick capillary blood collection, venipuncture blood draw (if applicable), body composition, and vitals
  • Perform basic CLIA waived testing following required technical procedures on all blood sample collection
  • Complete various participant chart reviews
  • Complete quality controls on POC testing devices
  • Provide basic health education and consultation post measurement collection
  • Complete event set up, take down and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain participant privacy
  • Complete administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation and PHI consolidation as necessary

Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Medical credentials required (RN) Please note some states require specific medical certifications or license. Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare setting or similar
  • Must be proficient in fingerstick blood collection, and taking manual blood pressure
  • Experience drawing blood via venipuncture preferred
  • Experience with CardioChek PA and or CardioChek Plus preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Current CPR, BLS or ACLS
