Biologist All Source Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:
Apply deep scientific knowledge to advance research objectives in biological, biochemical, and related scientific domains. Employ leading-edge theories, models, and analytical approaches to develop novel concepts, methodologies, and solutions tailored to complex mission requirements. Lead efforts requiring high levels of technical innovation, autonomy, and strategic problem-solving. Mentor or supervise team members to strengthen organizational, technical, and analytical competencies. Support multidisciplinary teams through analysis, technical collection planning, R&D requirements development, and the preparation of in-depth technical assessments and research products.
Apply advanced scientific and technical expertise to guide complex research, analysis, and operational initiatives. Integrate cutting-edge principles, methods, and emerging scientific developments to inform and strengthen client missions. Address multifaceted challenges and develops innovative, mission-focused solutions with significant independence and judgment. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior and mid-level staff across organizational and functional competencies.

You Have:
  • Experience with all-source analysis production including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style
  • Experience applying and querying SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases
  • Knowledge of latest biomedical trends, advancements, technologies, and systems that contribute to diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases
  • Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, and formal or informal briefings
  • Ability to adjust to changing mission requirements and deliver products within a short time frame
  • Ability to collaborate with other mission partners on production and take lead briefing at unique events
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis or 12+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and foreign WMD analysis, including WMD threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE and counterterrorism, and related military activities and operations
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, microbiology, public health, immunology, virology, biotechnology, or biodefense

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
