About the Job Opportunity 

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Technician who is eager to elevate their career as a Small Diameter Flex Technician! Join our dynamic in-house repair team in Coral Springs, Florida, where you will engage in hands-on diagnostics, repair, and refurbishment of flexible endoscopes.  By joining us, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers by swiftly and reliably returning critical equipment to service!

What You'll Do

Flexible Endoscope Repair & Refurbishment

Perform leak testing, diagnostics, and functional testing on flexible endoscopes

Replace bending rubbers, insertion tubes, and biopsy channels

Repair and replace bending sections and adjust scope angulations

Advanced Technical Repairs

Rewire flexible endoscopes as skill level permits

Repair or replace image bundles when applicable

Support repairs across Olympus and Karl Storz platforms (Pentax preferred)

Quality, Documentation & Compliance

Verify repairs meet manufacturer and internal quality standards

Document repair activities accurately and completely

Follow established work instructions and safety protocols

Team & Operational Support

Collaborate with peers to meet turnaround time and quality goals

Maintain an organized and efficient repair workstation

Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes

What You'll Bring

Your Background

Hands-on experience as a Biomed tech with desire to learn scope repair

Training or experience with Olympus and Karl Storz flexible scopes (preferred)

Experience with Pentax scopes (preferred)

Ability to perform leak testing, bending section repairs, and channel replacements

Experience rewiring scopes or replacing image bundles (preferred)
