Join us as a Program / Senior Program Manager in Andover, MA, where you will play a pivotal role in leading complex new product development programs that bring innovative medical technologies to market. This is an opportunity to work across global, cross functional teams, influence strategic decisions, and drive programs from concept through commercialization while helping improve the lives of patients around the world.
What will you be doing?
  • Lead complex new product development and product platform programs from concept through commercialization.
  • Establish and lead cross functional program teams in partnership with functional leaders and scrum masters.
  • Drive program planning, KPI development, progress tracking, status reporting, and replanning activities using Agile methodologies.
  • Lead Agile program execution and key Agile ceremonies to ensure delivery of program objectives.
  • Use governance processes to enhance visibility, accountability, risk management, and executive decision making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to align priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate decisions impacting scope, budget, schedule, quality, and product lifecycle management.
  • Provide executive level insight into program health through meaningful metrics, risk assessments, and recovery planning.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Approximately 8+ years of experience leading complex product development or program management initiatives, including global new product development programs from inception through launch.
  • Strong experience with Agile product development methodologies and program governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross functional stakeholders and large, complex projects across multiple geographies.
  • Experience working within regulated environments, including involvement with regulatory submissions or product clearances, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Jama, Windchill, Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner, ACP, Prince2, IPMA, ISO 13485, or similar are highly valued.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $119,500- $207,250 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we offer competitive bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time annually, and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
