The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management will oversee the full supply chain function, partnering with executive leadership to build and execute strategies that support operational goals, customer requirements, and long-term business objectives. This role ensures supplier readiness, material availability, and efficient procurement processes across multiple programs. Key Responsibilities Develop integrated supply chain strategies that support annual and long-term business plans Collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and program teams to ensure supply readiness Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals including performance management and staffing Manage supplier delivery and quality performance using RCCA, recovery plans, capacity planning, and strategic relationship management Support sourcing, acquisition, and contracting strategies to maintain affordability and delivery performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, and lead-time reduction Ensure FAR/DFAR-compliant procurement processes across all purchasing activities Required Qualifications Bachelorรขย€ย™s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred 5 to 10 years of leadership experience in operations, supply chain, supplier management, subcontracts, or program management Experience conducting supplier assessments, mitigating risk, and managing performance across development and production programs Strong financial understanding of cost, schedule, and performance impacts Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Salary-$150k-$175k KPG123
