Responsibilities:

  • Support the travel and expense team and corporate card submissions.
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded correctly in the payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and other governing policies.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate and distribute regular payroll reports and summaries to management.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new payroll software or system upgrades.
  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding payroll policies, procedures, and changes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll transactions.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure accurate processing of employee benefits, deductions, and contributions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll processing.
