Position Title: Adjunct (Biology)

Department: Biology

Campus Location: Washburn University

Applications will be reviewed as received and based on department need

Position Summary: Washburn University's Department of Biology invites applications for adjunct faculty position(s). 

Each selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to pursuing teaching excellence at Washburn University, including a dedication to developing teaching practices that engage students from all backgrounds. 

Essential Functions:
Teach Introductory Biology Lecture and/or Biology Lab.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Biology or closely related field, or a master's degree in another field with 18 graduate credit hours of course work in Biology.

Demonstrated dedication to developing teaching practices that engage students from all backgrounds.
Official transcripts are required during hiring process.
