We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our team! You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics, videos, and content for TAN's social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Support recruitment campaigns for teacher apprentices, substitutes, and certified educators
  • Capture photos, videos, and testimonials at career fairs, site visits, and community events
  • Draft blog posts, success stories, and spotlights on apprentices and partners
  • Help maintain brand consistency and update website and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and support reporting on marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel is required
  • Undergraduate or graduate student in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Education, Business, or
    a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience with social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about education and workforce development
