Job Description
  • Impeccable lab practices, including aseptic cell line/primary cell maintenance and stimulation. Self‑motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize cell culture conditions, phenotypic assays, Western Blot, migration/contraction assays (fibroblasts), viability assays, qPCR, ELISA/multiplex protein assays, and flow cytometry.
  • Experience with human cell types relevant to tissue homeostasis such as fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and macrophages.
  • Familiar with complex in vitro models such as co‑culture, tissue explants, Transwells, organoids, 3D/microfluidic/chip systems (a plus).
  • Ability to analyze, plot, interpret, and present data in team meetings.
  • Aptitude to communicate in a virtual environment and a hybrid office/virtual setting.
  • Proficient at maintaining accurate and well‑organized records and laboratory electronic notebooks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years hands‑on academia/industry experience.
  • BS/MS degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering, or Medical/Pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Primary cell culture and stimulation.
  • Molecular biology techniques (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, RNAseq, Western Blot, flow cytometry).
