Schedule: Mon – Fri 8 AM – 5 PM
Job Title: Biological Researcher II
Location: West Chester, PA 


Title: Biological Researcher II (100% lab-based role, need hands-on  formulation preparation, supporting basic analytical instruments, and stability support)
Core essential skill sets - Minimum 3 years experience in the following:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Background in biologics, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields
  • Hands-on laboratory experience in biologics formulation development, analytical characterization, or related pharmaceutical laboratory work
  • Experience with common laboratory techniques and instruments used in biologics/pharmaceutical development
  • Strong documentation and data analysis skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional laboratory environment
  • Prior industry experience in biologics or pharmaceutical R&D is preferred


Scope of Work
The contractor is expected to support core laboratory and documentation activities, including:
• Preparation of formulation buffers and protein drug product samples
• Execution of formulation screening studies
• Perform routine characterization and analytical tests (e.g., chromatographic, electrophoretic, and biophysical tests) for liquid and lyophilized biologic drug products.
• Stability study sample preparation, pulls, and tracking
• Analytical sample coordination and data organization
• Support of in-use and compatibility study preparation activities
• Document data following applicable lab procedures and current documentation practices; maintain best practices of knowledge/data management in ELN
• Contribute to technical reports as needed
