Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery amp; Guest Experience

· Deliver customized facial and skincare services utilizing premium products and advanced techniques consistent with brand standards.

· Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on optimal skincare regimens.

· Ensure full immersion in the brand experience throughout each treatment.

· Provide a seamless and relaxing service, characterized by professionalism, discretion, and genuine hospitality.

· Promote retail sales by recommending appropriate products and home-care routines to achieve or exceed individual sales objectives.

· Monitor relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in team selling to improve overall store outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

· Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through tailored service, effective follow-up, and superior product expertise.

· Advocate for ongoing treatment plans and home-care regimens to support clients’ long-term skincare objectives.

Experience amp; Qualifications:

· Valid Esthetics License in [State]
