Description
This position will support and conduct research related to biology of aging, with focus on eye aging, in the lab of Dr. Andrzej Bartke. Specific duties will be commiserate with Researcher Classification I.

• Must work independently, will perform biomedical experiments in molecular and cellular investigations in areas of research defined by the PI and work with mouse colonies. (60%)
• Be knowledgeable of current literature on research topics and assist in the development and implementation of research directives and objectives. (10%) • Independently perform analyses, interpret results, and formulate conclusions for research projects in lab. (20%)
• Collaborate with the PI in the writing of manuscripts, grants, and presentations related to research outcomes. (10%)
