Job description

Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute, a premier and growing gastroenterology practice, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible gastroenterologist with specialized training in GI motility to join our expanding team. As part of a large, well-established GI group, this role offers a unique opportunity to practice advanced motility care in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

As one of the nations most highly regarded digestive disease programs, the Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute offers comprehensive and coordinated care to evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide range of digestive diseases. Subspecialty services offered include advanced endoscopy, medical pancreatology, hepatology, neuro-gastroenterology/ motility and inflammatory bowel diseases. The institutes team of globally respected physicians are leaders in clinical research and postgraduate medical education. The institute boasts a very vibrant clinical research program that conducts cutting-edge trials in endoscopic tumor resection, pancreatitis, pancreatic cancer, IBD, and hemostasis. The institute has an ACGME approved gastroenterology fellowship and hosts several international symposiums annually. The position is ideal for candidates wanting to practice in a hybrid setting where you get to be in an academic atmosphere but with the efficiency and benefits of private practice.

Candidate Requirements:

  • MD/DO and board certification (or eligibility) in gastroenterology
  • Advanced fellowship training or significant expertise in GI motility disorders

  • Commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care
  • FL Medical License or ability to obtain FL Medical License.
