Such practical exposure helps students develop technical skills, critical thinking, and an understanding of research methodologies—preparing them for potential roles in academia, healthcare, or industry. Additionally, teamwork and communication are emphasized, as students frequently collaborate with peers and mentors on scientific investigations.
