RN - Oncology- **Sign on Bonus for Qualified Candidates**

Join Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers as a Oncology RN and bring your expertise to a team that’s redefining cancer care.

We’re seeking experienced Oncology RNs to provide coverage across our infusion centers—providing a critical part in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients undergoing treatment, while working in, team-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and effective chemotherapy and infusion treatments
  • Monitor patients for reactions and intervene appropriately
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
  • Adapt quickly to different clinic environments and teams
  • Document accurately within EMR systems
  • Uphold PPE and safety protocols at all times

Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in outpatient oncology or infusion nursing
  • Comfortable with varying workflows and patient volumes
  • Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
  • Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
  • Reliable and able to travel between locations

Required Qualifications
