Description
Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 1st Shift team! If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends-this could be a great fit. Our Production Associates are trained on all skill sets in the commercial chair build process to include cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly. They need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Production Associate positions are non-safety sensitive positions.
  • In addition to a starting rate of $19.00/hour, Via also provides up to $900.00 per month for each employee toward their elected benefits as well as employer sponsored life insurance of $25K. Our comprehensive benefits package begins the 1st day of the month following your hire date!
  • We offer 10 paid holidays per year starting immediately. We offer a 4% 401(k) match at 90 days with immediate vesting!!
  • Our First Shift works Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with Overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
