Our heart beats for talents - be one of them. To strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Folder Operator. Your Role You will learn how to efficiently operate a folding machine.

You will monitor each run to ensure products meet clients' specifications. You will correct and replace any non-standard work while monitoring scrap/waste. You will package product to clients' specifications.

You can perform line clearance requirements between production runs. You are able to troubleshoot machine operation according to procedure. Your Profile You have the ability to read and understand written English.

You have already obtained a High School Diploma or GED. You possess a strong technical understanding of manufacturing and machiner. You can perform basic mathematical operations, including decimal and fraction conversions.
