Now, we're looking for skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
Industrial Maintenance Technician
Allied Printing Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for inspecting, repairing, modifying, upgrading, maintaining, and installing press, finishing, and facility equipment. What You'll Do:
  • Provide technical assistance to machine operators and supervisors.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Rebuild, replace, or repair defective components including motors, bearings, clutches, and electrical systems.
  • Clean, repair, and install equipment parts as needed.
  • Conduct regular machine inspections to identify malfunctions, including visual checks, listening for irregular noises, and performing scheduled testing.
  • Perform minor plant maintenance such as:
    • Changing AC filters
    • Inspecting fire extinguishers
    • Replacing light bulbs
    • Maintaining company tools
    • Minor machine, carpentry, and painting tasks
    • Running errands to pick up parts
    • Assisting experienced personnel with large-scale maintenance projects
What You Bring:
  • Prior mechanical or industrial maintenance experience encouraged.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical school or job specific certification.
  • 2+ years of mechanical work experience or on the job training.
  • Strong math and computer skills.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Proficiency with power and hand tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and follow manuals, schematics, and technical instructions.

Physical Requirements:
  • Walking 50% | Standing 50% | Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying 25-50 lbs. and more. | Ability to stand for extended periods. | Safely move materials weighing 500-750 lbs.| Using manual pallet trucks | Driving, sitting, standing, walking, while operating a fork truck.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the workday and safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.

Shifts Available: 1st shift (8:00am-4:00pm), 2nd shift (4:00pm-12:00am)
