The OpportunityThe Digital Delivery Lead serves as an advanced project-level digital delivery lead for complex and multi-discipline projects, providing coordination, QA/QC, technical guidance, and team mentorship. We embrace innovation, transparency, sustainability, and lifelong curiosity.What You'll DoLead BIM delivery for complex and multi-discipline projects in partnership with Project Managers and project teamsPlan and coordinate BIM workflows, including model segmentation, links, and project collaboration strategiesProvide technical guidance to project delivery teams on model setup, coordination processes, and digital deliverable expectationsManage project model environments and digital delivery workflows using BIM 360, ACC, Forma and related toolsSupport development and communication of project BIM deliverable requirements to design and production teamsLead and document BIM-related QA/QC processes and maintain ownership of BIM quality throughout the project lifecycleTrain project teams on QMP processes and BIM-specific quality expectationsDevelop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans aligned with firm standards and project requirementsLead BIM kickoff meetings and ongoing coordination discussions with project teams, clients, and external partnersShare lessons learned and contribute to BIM standards, tools, and process enhancementsApply understanding of BIM Level of Development requirements to advise on scope, fees, and digital deliverable expectationsDevelop a working understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, and align BIM support activities with project goalsMentor junior Digital Delivery staff through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and project supportSupport internal BIM development efforts and rollouts of new digital delivery toolsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You BringAssociate's degree or equivalent experience8+ years of industry experience with advanced BIM or digital delivery responsibilitiesRelevant certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in BIM, digital delivery, Autodesk platforms, or related tools preferredWillingness to travelStrong communication skills and confidence leading BIM coordination discussions with project teams, clients, and external partnersAdvanced understanding AEC workflows and multidisciplinary engineering coordinationStrong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC/Forma, and related digital delivery toolsAbility to manage BIM workflows, model environments, and digital deliverable requirements on complex projects.Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, model health, and BIM quality expectations across the project lifecycleAbility to advise on Level of Development, scope, and digital delivery expectationsProficient in Microsoft tools to support multi-project coordination and workflow managementStrong attention to detail and awareness of project-wide coordination impacts, risks, and dependenciesAbility to manage workload and priorities across multiple projects and deadlinesCommitment to mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to standards, tools, and process improvementsWhat We OfferHiring Base Salary Range: $87,500-$128,900 annualThis position is eligible for time and a half overtime payThe base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs.
