Job description

Data input and analysis for all new and existing contracts to ensure all terms entered into the tracking system accurately reflect contract terms.ย  Provide data output for month end processes. This position works closely with the Revenue and Cost Analyst as a check and balance to ensure data integrity.ย  Ability to back up the manager as needed. Performing tasks as delegated by supervisor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Month end processing.
  • Month end reporting.
  • Custom reports as requested.
  • Adding new terminal bank accounts and payout distributions.
  • Maintain bank account and payout distributions as requested.
  • Review customer inquiries regarding statements, deposits, and billings.
  • Process and maintain breaches/collections data.
  • Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Operate as a team player and help to unify the team.
  • Cross-train on other department functions to be the designated back-up as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)

  • Associates Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience.
  • Previous experience in an accounting software system.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems.
  • Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
  • Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
  • Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

This is a full-time position.ย  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime as business needs require.
