Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements
  • Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before processing
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with customers, operations, and finance teams to ensure billing alignment
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and billing correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Other Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
