Billing Specialist

We are seeking a Billing Specialist to provide reliable administrative support and ensure accurate, timely billing. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operational workflow and delivering exceptional service to internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Order & Invoice Entry - Enter orders and invoices into ARC's SalesPad billing system
  • Billing Analysis - Review and analyze billing-related information in ARC's Fleet Manager system
  • Issue Resolution - Respond to internal calls regarding billing questions and resolve discrepancies or disputes
  • Record Management - Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and documentation
  • Order Processing - Process in-person, phone, E-Mail, electronic, and hard-copy orders
  • Customer Service - Provide professional, courteous support to clients and internal teams
  • Administrative Support - Answer phones, route calls, and perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Administrative or clerical experience required
  • Billing experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Professionalism, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
