Professionals in Billing Operations ensure that invoices are accurate, sent on time, and comply with company and regulatory standards. Their work involves coordinating with finance, sales, and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and maintain financial records. Effective Billing Operations are crucial for maintaining healthy cash flow and customer satisfaction.
