Settlements Associate | $20–$22/Hour | Onsite | 3-month contract | Lincoln, NE
 
Put Your Attention to Detail to Work
Step into a fast-moving support role where you’ll help keep payments and account activity moving accurately from start to finish. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and working with both internal teams and outside partners.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Review settlement information and supporting documentation for accuracy before payments are finalized
  • Research missing information and resolve payment or documentation issues
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to keep outstanding items moving
  • Track open transactions and follow through until discrepancies are cleared
  • Partner with Accounting to help ensure completed activity is processed accurately and on time
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous accounting, billing, settlements, or administrative experience helpful; degree preferred but not required
