???? About the Role 

PanCare of Florida is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will support safe and accurate medication dispensing, assist patients with prescription needs, and help maintain efficient daily pharmacy operations.

What You’ll Do 

In this role, you will: 

  • Greet patients andassistwith prescription inquiries, refills, and over-the-counter recommendations
  • Support pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing
  • Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy in dosage, patient details, and documentation
  • Process refill requests andmaintainaccuratepatient medication records
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, restocking, and supply ordering
  • Keep the pharmacy workspace clean, organized, and compliant with storage and safety requirements
  • Assistwith prescription billing, insurance claim processing, and payment questions
  • Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, recordkeeping, and operational standards
  • Support daily pharmacy workflows to help ensure smooth,timelypatient service

Education & Experience 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing required
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail pharmacy environment preferred
  • Knowledge of pharmacy billing, insurance systems, or EHR preferred
