Location: Onsite, Sparks, NV (1625 E Prater Way, Sparks, NV 89434)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week

Must-Haves:

  • 1-3+ years of billing experience, preferably in complex contract environments
  • Strong ERP system experience, including billing, GL and PL interactions
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience preparing detailed invoice packages
  • Knowledge of billing requirements, cost principles, and compliance frameworks
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to validate costs against Project Cost Reports and General Ledger data
  • Experience managing high-volume billing cycles with strict deadlines
  • Audit support experience with audit-ready documentation
