As a Billing Specialist within our Process Gases Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. You will take ownership of high-impact portal accounts, resolve complex billing discrepancies, and champion the development of robust operational documentation. Serving as a strategic liaison between our Cash, Sales, and Procurement teams and our valued external customers, you will ensure seamless payment processing while maintaining full compliance with billing requirements. Additionally, you will drive results by managing the collections strategy for the entire billing portfolio.
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize portal accounts across platforms like Coupa, Ariba, and Taulia, ensuring real-time account accuracy.
  • Analyze weekly worklists to proactively identify and resolve billing disputes, missing POs, or formatting errors.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Cash, Sales, and Procurement teams to maintain seamless payment processing and compliance.
  • Lead high-complexity third-party reconciliation and manage EDI rejections to ensure continuous billing flow.
  • Audit and standardize operational "Job Aides" to improve quality and minimize entry errors team-wide.
