Job description

Good Apple is looking for an ambitious self-starter, with great attention to detail to join the team as our Agency Billing Specialist. This position is responsible for the compilation, review, and recording of financial transactions and assisting in the completion of month-end processing. This hands-on billing role reports directly to
the Senior Staff Accountant with a dotted line to the CFO.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
● Review and properly code vendor and publisher payables.
● Build amazing relationships with multiple client media teams to ensure end-of-month billing completion and accuracy of monthly accounting sheets.
● Partner with Publishers to ensure timely receipt of invoices, resolution of invoice discrepancies, and establish payment arrangements.
● Prepare and send client invoices (time-based and % of media billings).
● Support clients’ standard and ad hoc reporting requirements and obtain necessary documentation supporting audits.
● Maintain various supporting Excel worksheets that serve as checks and balances for publisher and client invoicing.
● Maintain and optimize internal control processes as the Company deems necessary.
● Provide assistance on special projects on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements & Experience:
● 0-2 years of experience
● ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or an equivalent number of years of work.
● Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and critical problem-solving are a MUST. 
● Demonstrated ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
● Talented communicator and effective relationship builder.
● Computer proficiency in MS OFFICE (intermediate Excel experience preferred).
● QuickBooks knowledge preferred
