Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
โ€ข Review Work Orders against supporting documentation, contract and relevant schedules
โ€ข Obtain customer approval of draft bill (where applicable)
โ€ข Enter billing information into relevant billing system
โ€ข Review draft invoices and generate final invoice
โ€ข Send invoices to customer
โ€ข Process recurring tenant invoices
โ€ข Generate any monthly consolidated customer statements required (or any other specific customer requests)
โ€ข Conduct data and process analysis
โ€ข Promote and provide exceptional customer service
Reporting Relationships: Supervisory and Leadership Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Billing Supervisor
