•Reports to the Chief Medical Officer and provides comprehensive surgical care across diagnosis, preoperative, operative, and postoperative management, including complication management
•Practice in a community-focused setting serving the Lakes Region with an emphasis on compassionate, high-quality care

Patient Care – Preoperative Responsibilities
•Conducts thorough patient evaluations, including history, physical exam, and surgical risk assessment
•Develops and implements individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
•Diagnoses conditions and determines appropriate medical and surgical treatments
•Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, medications, and referrals
•Educates patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
