Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager/Biller to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining financial records including the daily billing and account aging.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
-provide daily reports, monthly reports, and keep Aging report at a minimum
-Maintain a happy, positive, uplifting attitude at all times
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Coordinate and oversee office activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with Dental Treatment plans
- Collaborate with front and back office to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- complete payroll every 2 weeks
- Oversee office inventory and ordering of supplies for front office
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
