Job description

Multiple positions available. Two back office medical assistants and a telephone operator needed for busy Allergy/ENT office. The right candidate would be bilingual, have experience in the medical field. The medical assistant would need to have experience with rooming patients taking history and vitals and light scribing to interact with virtual assistant and EMR and have the ability to assist with procedures alongside the doctor. Telephone operator would have general experience with answering a multiphone line and scheduling. General knowledge of insurance types and how to tell the difference is preferred.
