Job description

Client Operations Administrator (Bilingual Spanish)

Direct Hire | Immediate Opening


The Hire Solution has partnered with an international travel organization to hire a Bilingual Client Operations Administrator on a permanent basis. This role requires a native-level Spanish speaker with strong reading and writing skills.

This is a vendor-facing support position, so excellent phone etiquette and a strong customer service orientation are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute clients’ day-to-day operational activities in accordance with contractual terms and standard service agreements.
  • Perform detail-oriented tasks, including setting up and maintaining client programs.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Client Operations Manager as needed.
  • Create and update operational procedures and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new associate and wholesale programs by:
  • Setting up appropriate details in the back-office system
  • Ensuring client requirements are met in accordance with agreements
  • Performing end-to-end testing prior to implementation
  • Distributing internal client information sheets
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members, regional and global partners, clients, and third-party partners.
  • Manage disputes and voucher requirements, including investigation, processing, documentation, and reporting.
  • Generate and distribute required monthly reports to clients within established service level agreements (SLAs).


Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and meet deadlines while adhering to service level standards
  • Strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a methodical and structured approach to work
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
