Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Market Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for owning an entire designated market or region. The Market Recruiter will work closely with our internal sales teams and external clients to deliver high-quality recruiting solutions and ensure a successful hiring process for skilled trades positions. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role that requires excellent communication, organization, and a strong sense of ownership over market performance.

Required Duties:

· Manage and lead all recruiting efforts for your designated market or region

· Collaborate closely with sales teams and clients to ensure recruiting efforts align with hiring needs and expectations.

· Source, screen, and place skilled trade professionals using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques.

· Oversee the full recruiting life cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through ongoing outreach and relationship-building.

· Track and report recruiting activity, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

· 5+ years of total recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume agency environment

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required

· Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with internal sales teams and external clients
