Job description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our growing team in Statesville, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and clients.

The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and other various office duties while maintaining strong communication with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while building a strong candidate pipeline.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for various hospitality and event positions
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for ongoing staffing needs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs, job assignments, and candidate status
  • Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and hiring paperwork
  • Support payroll processes by ensuring employee hours and documentation are properly submitted
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, employees, and clients within internal systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
  • Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple job orders and staffing requests


Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
