Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $19.00hr - $24.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Must be fluent in both XX and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn production processes and machine operation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be available to work weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time translation during daily manufacturing operations.
  • Support communication between production employees, supervisors, team leads, and management.
  • Assist employees in understanding work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and operational procedures.
  • Support onboarding and training activities to ensure clear understanding of job duties and workplace expectations.
  • Translate work-related documents, safety communications, and operational information as needed.
  • Maintain a regular presence on the shop floor throughout the shift.
  • Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to better support production teams.
