Job description

We're a growing Farmers Insurance agency serving families and small businesses across Texas and Arizona. Our team is small, tight-knit, and built around doing right by our clients for the long haul not chasing one-time sales. We're hiring a licensed bilingual producer to help us serve our Spanish-speaking community and grow the agency's book.

Responsibilities
  • Quote and bind P&C policies (auto, home, renters, umbrella) and Life insurance for new clients
  • Conduct full insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build relationships with prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Serve Spanish-speaking clients in their preferred language explaining coverage, answering questions, and earning trust
  • Maintain accurate records in our agency management system
  • Hit monthly production targets for new business premium and policies-in-force
  • Stay current on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and continuing education requirements

Requirements
  • Active General Lines Property & Casualty license in Texas or Arizona (must obtain the second state within 60 days of hire)
  • Active General Lines Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English written and verbal
  • 1+ year of insurance sales experience
  • Clean background check and MVR
  • Comfort with quoting tools, CRMs, and basic tech
