- Booking space with carriers
- Arranging for Cargo pickup
- Dispatching Truckers
- Tracking shipments and providing status reports to clients
- Preparing and processing export declarations, bills of lading, and shipping documents
- communicating with customers, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transportation
- Ensuring compliance with infernal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements
- Providing status updates to customers via Wechat/emails
Qualifications:
- Prefer 1-3 years of experience working with ocean imports and exports
- Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese is required
