Job Description:

Join TES Staffing as a Bilingual Substitute Classroom Aide and create your own flexible schedule week by week! This role is perfect for those who want to support students across the Rochester City School District, including many students with special needs. With easy access to multiple locations via the bus line, you’ll be stepping into a rewarding and dynamic environment where you can help kids shine academically, socially, and emotionally.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assist lead teachers with lessons and activities, making learning fun and engaging.
  • Use positive behavior strategies to keep the classroom environment upbeat and productive.
  • Help prepare classroom projects and materials that inspire and motivate students.
  • Deliver direct instruction to individual students or small groups, making sure everyone feels included and successful.
