Job Description
Required to communicate with clients and asses/analyze the requirements for design/development (via automation solution, RPA) . And as a senior developer/technical lead, he/she is responsible for managing, guiding the other developers.
The role will primarily involve RPA development and operation support, but will also include some traditional program dev and application module development as well. Responsibilities cover the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation. It also requires strong problem-finding skills with quick adaptation to existing application for business functions and technical structural layout.
[Responsibilities]
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, prioritizing, testing, and releases, often using Agile methodologies
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Monitor, support on-going operation of the developed programs (RPA) that are serviced to the customers. And if necessary, resolve the issue & enhance the current solutions
  • Work closely with customers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure application security and performance
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to gather the business requirements and suggest solutions
  • Analyze the business requirements and suggest the best practice to apply to the business requirements
  • Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize application performance
  • Liaise with the development team to identify and plan new features
  • Ensure the developed modules comply with quality assurance standards
  • Research and suggest new technologies, applications, and protocols
  • Create detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projects
  • Be available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the team
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
  • Writing development progress reports

Qualifications
  • +7~ years in web based related system development including Java (or other programing languages like Python) experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems.
  • She/he has to speak in English fluently in verbal and writing.
  • Good understanding or experience in RPA is a plus
  • Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSon, Java Script, AJAX
  • Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures
  • Experience in data analytic (ex: Alteryx) & visualization tool (ex: Tableau, Power BI) - preferred
  • BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field - preferred
