Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Collector II, you'll manage past-due mortgage and maintenance accounts while providing exceptional service to our Owners.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage collection activities for delinquent mortgage and maintenance fee accounts.
• Contact owners by phone and written correspondence to discuss account status and payment solutions.
• Maintain required call volumes, contact rates, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Assist owners in understanding ownership agreements, contract terms, and available payment options.
• Process and document account activity accurately and thoroughly.
• Handle customer information confidentially and professionally.
• Request and utilize skip-tracing resources when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support departmental goals and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to meet applicable federal and state licensing requirements.
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
6+ months of collections, customer service, sales, or account management experience.
• Skip-tracing experience.
• Experience in timeshare, banking, financial services, mortgage servicing, or a related field.
