  • Provide Japanese-English interpretation for management, meetings, and employee communications
  • Translate technical documents, presentations, emails, and correspondence
  • Support management by scheduling meetings and handling administrative tasks
  • Assist with production scheduling, inventory, data entry, and operations support
  • Manage office and operational supplies
  • Support expatriate employees with housing and related documentation
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

  • Business-level Japanese and English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with Japanese and U.S. business culture
