About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Bilingual HR Business Partner. Our client operates within a fast-paced, production-driven environment and is experiencing significant growth and expansion.


Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to act as the primary HR partner for production employees and managers. This role is both strategic and hands-on, focusing on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main HR contact for production staff and managers, providing guidance on policies and best practices
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, grievances, and corrective actions
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Support workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to assist with recruiting and interviewing for production positions
  • Manage workforce planning to align staffing and scheduling with production demands
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements
  • Provide HR insights to leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • 3-6+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner roles)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments
  • Familiarity with union environments and related employee relations
  • Willingness to assist with recruiting and staffing needs
  • Strong relationship-building and strategic partnering skills

Preferred:

  • Background in smaller, growing organizations with a structured environment
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems
