Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth overnight operations of our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to provide exceptional service during nighttime hours. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your attention to detail and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes.

โ€ข Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Fosse and Power of M or similar platforms.
โ€ข Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
โ€ข Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
โ€ข Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
โ€ข Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism at all times.
โ€ข Previous experience working in hospitality environments that require attention to detail and multitasking skills is preferred.
โ€ข Availability to work overnight shifts is required, and previous experience working this shift is preferred.
