Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and personable Bilingual Assistant Manager to join our team at Siesta Point Apartments, a Tax Credit/HUD community located in Avondale, Arizona.

We are looking for a strong multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional customer service, and has hands-on experience with LIHTC and HUD compliance operations.


Key Qualifications:

? Bilingual English/Spanish required
? Previous Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD experience required
? Strong resident relations and customer service skills
? Experience with certifications, recertifications, and compliance files
? Knowledge of leasing, collections, move-ins, renewals, and resident retention
? Ability to multi-task and manage daily operational responsibilities efficiently
? Professional communication and organizational skills
? Yardi experience preferred
? Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

Requirements

 Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with daily property operations
Supporting compliance and audit preparation
Processing certifications and resident files
Assisting with rent collections and delinquency follow-up
Supporting occupancy and leasing goals
Providing exceptional resident customer service
Assisting the Property Manager with operational oversight
