Bilingual Hospitality Ambassador
Foodland Markets Bringing Joy to Every Aisle
Part Time Peak Hours (4 to 8 PM Saturday Thru Wednesday)
Bilingual English Spanish Required

A high visibility role that brings the heart of Foodland to life making every shopping trip easier, friendlier and more memorable. Our Hospitality Ambassadors stay active in the aisles offering genuine support to customers and teammates alike while sparking those small moments of joy that help everyone feel welcome valued, and seen. If you love connecting with people sharing smiles and brightening someone's day this is a place where you can truly shine At Foodland, hospitality is part of who we are Our Ambassadors help create the kind of experience customers remember and return for Small moments of joy become big reasons to shop with us.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers throughout the store in both English and Spanish
  • Help shoppers quickly locate products and navigate the store
  • Share savings, promotions, and loyalty program benefits
  • Show customers how to scan QR codes for deals
  • Create family friendly moments (balloon animals, magic tricks, kids prizes)
  • Keep the front end clean tidy and welcoming
  • Maintain carts, baskets, signage, fast lane coolers, displays
  • Take photos for in store marketing as directed
